1. General Policy
1.1 No Refunds (Standard)
Due to the digital and automated nature of our service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, partial periods, unused time, service interruptions under 24 hours, user errors, or market losses.
1.2 Why No Refunds?
Immediate access to software and strategies; digital product cannot be "returned"; service is consumed continuously; prevents abuse.
2. Exceptions
2.1 Technical Failures
If we cannot provide the service due to our technical failure for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund or service credit.
2.2 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged twice due to our error, we will refund the duplicate charge within 7 business days.
2.3 Unauthorized Charges
If your payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund if confirmed.
2.4 Legal Requirements
Where local law mandates refund rights (EU consumers, etc.), we comply with applicable regulations.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Provide Details: Telegram username, transaction ID, reason, evidence
- Review Period: 5-7 business days
- Decision: We will notify you of approval/denial
- Processing: If approved, 7-14 business days
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Access continues until period end. No refund for unused time. No automatic renewal. Reactivation requires new payment. To cancel: message @quantilan_support or use /subscribe command.
5. Payment Issues
Failed Payments: If payment fails but you were charged, contact us within 48 hours with transaction proof.
Payment Method: We accept cryptocurrency only (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc. via NowPayments). All payments are final and non-reversible.
6. Price Changes
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions honored until expiration. Renewal at new price. No refunds for price differences.
7. Promotional Offers
Free Trials: Limited-time promotional periods. No refunds for trial-to-paid conversion. Must cancel before trial ends.
Discount Codes: Cannot be combined, non-transferable, no cash value, no refunds for unused discounts.
8. Service Modifications
If we materially change the service: 30 days advance notice, option to cancel, pro-rated refund available if cancelled within notice period.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds due to exchange outages, network failures, natural disasters, government actions, or events beyond our control.
10. Dispute Resolution
Informal: First, contact @quantilan_support.
Formal: Submit written dispute within 30 days. We will respond within 14 days. Good faith negotiation required.
Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
